Individual work areas are small. * People density (too many people in a single area). * Very hot in Summer season. * Too much noise around in the office. * You can feel it is still a start-up due to the lack of procedures in some areas. * Lack of new customers * Like any other company that is trying to save some money in taxes, they have a dual-payment schema (outsourcing). * Not too many options around to get food * Really small kitchen for the number of employees
