      Coworkers and management are generally well predisposed and the possibilities for growth are significant. Their response to the COVID-19 pandemic was more than appropriate with regular salary increments, no payment holdups and quickness to bring work over to a remote enviroment.

      Payment for freelance employees can sometimes be delayed significantly. Other than that, most issues or annoyances are related to the standard global corporate culture rather than specifically to this company in particular.

      - internal processes too long, hard to progress career if you are not loyal to certain leaders, sometimes we get in our own way to service our customers, internal bottlenecks between sales and delivery at times. If you are someone who likes to follow processes this is a good place, if you are someone who thinks outside of the box and pushes the envelope of change for betterment or more efficiency - you could be frustrated
