The core management over Plano needs to be proactive and listen to expertise in managing professional employees with extreme knowledge of their fields and career responsibilities. We aren't worker bees making widgets.

Most of the people you work with are nice, Can't work beyond set hours

Unsanitary/unsafe working conditions, Severly hostile/toxic work environment, No schedule flexibility or remote work permitted, Management plays favorites with certain employees and gives more privileges to those people, No professional development, No upward mobility, Horrendous health insurance options, Management does not care about employee well-being (many times there were unsafe weather conditions, and they did not adjust office hours accordingly to ensure safety), Very strict on-time policy (must be sat at your desk when your "shift" starts), Tough to go to the doctor because they make you take time from your PTO to cover for the time spent at the appointment
