None, there is nothing good about this company except they are making fool of employees and forcing them to leave by hook or by crook.

Very bad at people management, planning and compensation structure. Because of flattering pathetic people are working as managers and they didn't even know about how to restart service of their product and what is remote desktop. and not know about Software Development Life cycle SDLC. How IT company process run. They have not client project, work only POS. There is no HR Policy. HR Policy only show case.

The KSK project to which i am entitled is related to agri sector and rural retail which suited to my MBA Agribusiness Marketing course form FMS-BHU

The project lacks some practical applications which i have already discussed with the policy makers of the company but they still want to stick to it.
