lowest salary, kicking off from job once work done, really really bad management, HRs treat themselves as owner and need serious spanking, although owner lives in USA but company follows lala company rules, owner need to learn management and how to talk and treat employees and once you have resigned,you will be treated as enemy and slave. i can give several examples of why i am calling it lala company: 1. leave sandwich rule- if u take leave on friday and monday ,the. it will considered as 4 day leave. 2. Sala manager(owner's brother in law) sent a mail to one of my senior,who was already in notice period ,to stop working and leave office on the same day bcoz he denied working on sat & sun, and extra hours after office in scrum. 3. theres no system of compoff here, or extra pay even if u work whole weekend bcoz its employees fault that their manager& owner gave unrealistic timelines to clients. 4. no concept of insurance i can create a blog page bcoz the list is loong. click on helpful button if you want me to create a blog page for this
