      Just like with any consulting company, you may not always be on your preferred client or ideal schedule, but overall this has never been a big issue; because it's a relatively young company, formalized processes are in the works...and some things may not be as well-defined as more mature organizations, however employees are encouraged to identify an internal improvement, take ownership, and address it.

      Salary is competitive for Atlanta but slightly below big tech companies. Promotions can sometimes take longer than expected, depending on the department and business needs. Some internal processes could be more streamlined.
