Working at this company was, without a doubt, the worst professional experience I’ve had. The work culture is extremely toxic, defined by blatant favoritism, internal politics, and deeply unprofessional behavior within the management structure. I initially reported to a manager whose leadership style was rigid and unsupportive. I was consistently overloaded with tasks (many beyond my designated responsibilities), with minimal compensation and absolutely no recognition for the effort. After his exit, things deteriorated further. The new manager displayed clear favoritism towards certain team members - particularly those who conformed to specific standards of appearance. Meanwhile, those of us who worked sincerely and contributed meaningfully were sidelined and made to feel undervalued. This culture of bias and inequity created a demoralizing environment. Performance and integrity were overshadowed by personal preferences and internal connections. Leadership at higher levels was aware, yet chose not to intervene - which speaks volumes about the company’s overall values. If you care about merit, fairness, and a respectful work environment, I would strongly advise against joining this organization. It’s not worth your time, energy, or mental health.
