Vantaggi

Most people who work here seem to enjoy working here. There's camaraderie among the employees. The department leads and higher up management care greatly about the success of every employee under them. Micro-management is minimal. This company takes what seems to be a "no expense spared" approach to making everyone's job as easy as possible. Hard work is rewarded. The owner of the company can be seen on the shop floor on a regular basis, even on weekends. There are a lot of opportunities for cross training. This company strives to make improvements every day; if you have suggestions for improvements to be made, department leads and upper management have open ears. Working for this company has been the best working experience when compared to every other company/organization that I have ever worked for. I hope that General Electric will be just as good.

Svantaggi

This company is experiencing growing pains, and has started to outgrow it's current facility. They're working hard to keep up with the growth, and are going to be breaking ground on a new larger facility with a lot of improvements very soon. I look forward to seeing this company grow, even though I won't be a part of it.

Vantaggi

As a Senior Designer, I get the chance to lead projects, mentor others, and drive the creative direction, but I also learn from my peers. We bounce ideas off each other, combining our strengths to create something truly unique. The collective energy in these environments is contagious, and it fosters a sense of ownership and pride in the work we produce.

Your last day there will be your best day.

Svantaggi

Over promise and under deliver should be their mission statement. Everything you will read in any job description they put out, is a lie. There is no Boise office. Remote or hybrid work is 100% forbidden. No personal cell phone usage on campus at all. You will get written up. You will be manipulated into wearing a uniform.. in an office.. The male uniform is a two tone button up fire retardant polo with your name on it. Aesthetically, imagine a mechanics shirt and a bowling polo had a baby. It's grotesque. If you're looking to learn Japanese.. This is the job for you.. Quick caveat tho.. the definitions of those words are not the same definitions as the Japanese.. They made them up. If you don't learn them.. You will never get a raise. They operate the Toyota "Lean Method". Which might sound great, but they turned it into a cultish religion. I would highly suggest you look for other employment. Do Not Do It.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience in the marketing department wasn't what you hoped for. Our culture is intentionally unique—and we know it’s not for everyone. We operate with a lean mindset and absolutely embrace change as a constant. Continuous improvement isn’t just a phrase here—it’s how we evolve, grow, and stay ahead. We understand that this kind environment can be challenging for some, but for many, it's exactly what makes working here so special. We encourage open communication and want team members to bring forward concerns or questions—especially when it comes to policies or ways of working—so they can be discussed and considered by the greater group. We’re proud of the passionate, engaged, and talented people who thrive in our culture, and we hope those reading this review and response will take that into account when learning more about our team.
