More than anything else, what I appreciate about ITG is that no one is asked to come here and not be themselves, whether they are new to the working world, just out of school or coming to ITG with years of experience. All skills and viewpoints are valued and ultimately contribute to the most pleasant and supportive working environment I have ever been part of. Respect and egalitarianism are at the core of who we are. I also really appreciate how successful we have been as a company in winning new work, growing our expertise and focusing on value to our clients. Our Senior Management has their heads, hearts, and energies exactly where they should be. Lastly but very importantly, ITG is a place that is willing to take risks and failure is seen as a chance to learn and grow. This lets all of us bring our most creative ideas to the table without an absolute requirement that they work on the first try.
