No base pay, long days with tons of driving, and not worth the pay. No benefits, no room to grow, and terrible lead generation. Slow response from owners, they're too overwhelmed to care about the team.

In response to MR. Anonymous, while we at Increase Clean Energy always value our employees opinions and are humble enough to take good constructive criticism into account the keyword there being "good". Lets review: 1. No base pay: Yes believe it or not that is correct and clearly stated in our hiring ads, again during the company indoctorine where we have a 30 minute presentation explaining all this and more. From there we have one on one interviews with each employee where they meet with one of the owners and the sales manager and this subject if further discussed in depth with direct correlation to the recruit and his/her situation as to whether this would be a good fit for them or not. 2. This next one seems to be quite contradictory to me. Mr. Anonymous states long days with tons of driving and almost immediately follows it up with poor lead generation. Now thats funny because if there was poor lead generation why would you be driving around all day? We have multiple lead generation sources that put our reps in the home 2-3 times a day 5-6 times a week if we did not have such lead generation taking place we encourage the reps to not drive but to canvass and work neighborhoods close to them. This is mentioned to them weekly during sales training. 3. No benefits? Of course we don’t offer benefits all of the reps are 1099 independent contractors (sales reps) and if this individual actually sat through our indoctrination they would know that “If” they actually did the work and listened to the guidance we offered that they would be more than compensated for their efforts and would be able to afford whatever benefits they need and then some. 4. The next statement is more hilarious than the rest! I have worked for the competition and rest assured we do more than they do! We built our company by learning what to do and what not to do from the competition…Let us list a few perks we offer that others don’t: a) We offer a “graduation” model it was previously stated no room to grow yet in fact its the complete opposite its clearly stated from the beginning that you can get promoted as quickly as you want through our graduation model to team leader then manager then regional director. This model is then talked about weekly during training and reps are recognized for their accomplishments weekly during training so you would know if you attended it or the indoctrination. b) We do cover a wide area as a company (all 5 counties in southern California) at first compensation for hotels was offered we since upgraded to a luxury apartment in the LA area for reps to utilized during their busy weeks to mitigate travel wear and tear. This I assure you almost no one offers. c) We provide the reps with all presentation materials, marketing materials, 3 Nike drive-fit polos and even nice water resistant jacket with our logos embroidered on them. d) We encourage Intreprenuership meaning grow a business within our system, hire your own marketers to canvass, work store fronts, etc… 5. It is mentioned slow response times…There are 2 owners from there a perfectly capable and excellent sales manager and further more multiple team leaders in the chain of command for any reps to consult about any issue they might have. Yes the owners are busy as are any owners of any company which is why people are hired and a chain of command is established I mean come on it is common sense…A single email from time to time is no way to communicate so if you have an urgent issue I suggest being a bit more of a go getter and trying some other channels like phone calls or text messages….Our office phone line is posted all over the internet and so is one of the owners phone info. Listen people this is real life and this is the real world. Nothing is handed to you so stop being a victim and take responsibility for yourself.

Hello, I have been with the company pretty much since the beginning and despite a few growing pains early on its been excellent. The company is growing rapidly and that is due to the great leadership. Compensation is unsurpassed in the industry with plenty of room for growth and advancement. Their training program is state of the art, all online with over 100 videos explaining every aspect of the sales portion of the job. Also attached to Grant Cardone's training portal with over 1500 videos worth of content. Has a military feel but needless to say very effective Lots of other perks. I plan to be here for the long haul! See you out there.

At times the driving can be intense due to a high volume of appointments in the LA and desert areas. However like mentioned above the pay and the rest outweigh that
