Never seen anything like the staff attrition as I have here. Unbelievable. Targets are plucked out of thin air. No one hits target (unless you've been there 5 years and pick up all the accounts/opportunities from the sales people who leave). The comp plan has a massive deceleration if you don't hit 100% target, very little acceleration if you go past 100%. Consultants under immense pressure to squeeze every penny out of a project......customer relationships mean nothing and invariably amounts to the consultants moving on (mainly to Hitachi) where they are better paid and under less pressure. Sales people move on as the comp plan is designed for you to fail. Sales management and strategy are non-existent.
