The company is fast when it comes to releases. One learns and fails fast, but leadership is completely blinded by some random theory they keep spotting. CXO's in the company need to be more empathetic to employees

bad work culture, 10% of employees work late nights all the time, rest are on bench or are never asked anything. No mentoring within employees, No long term plan, No leadership vision on being proud on building something. Lazy work culture, with exploitation of tech people. HR team are a bunch of jokers, waiting to just implement what the top management says. You can never question to the top management on why something was done? The top management all the time interferes and very rarely lets a release go without suggesting more changes. Basically it stems from lack of belief in people. Employees are forced to let go of a day's pay if their swipe fingerprint is not registered. You need to clock in certain hours for a day, and if its a minute less, you lose half a days pay. Over and above this, the company works on saturdays. Not the kind of a work culture to spend your career in. hearing that its a rip off from its parent group Bharat Matrimony. The company has recently started to hire from Business schools across India. None of these kids stay longer than 6-9 months, while a few stay for 18 months to find a better role outside. None of these MBA kids even aspire to stay in the company. Every 12 months, they have a new set of employees taking over, as attrition is extremely high and very little documentation exists on what the older employees do.

Colleagues and seniors are good. People are supportive except few managerial level people.

- Pathetic work culture. Too much of work pressure in terms of achieving target. Sometimes managers don't approve your travel and mobile claims just because you didn't achieve your target. So you basically lose 3-4 K from your pocket which you have used for petrol. - There is a very foolish system of doing team meeting for 1-1.5 hours everyday for no reason. This is just a grilling session for not achieving your target. Even if there is nothing to discuss, they make us wait till 8-9 pm after office hours just because it is a rule to have a meeting with the team. You are treated like a slave or a robot. Personally managers are good people but they will behave very abusive when it comes to work because they are trained to do that from the higher management.
