      The company has several positive factors that would keep an employee-friendly working environment,politics-free,work-life balance,talented workforce and flat organization structure. People sometime think that grass is always greener on the other side but an employees who have experienced working in large MNCs know that its not always true. This company has all the ingredients to be a great place to work.

      On the flip side may be some more focus on employee engagement, training and development and a structured appraisal system is required. But with the appointment of a senior HR personnel things are looking to be brighter.

      Thank you for your positive review. Our internal communication was a weakness. We have worked on it and we will continue to work on improving it. Be rest assured.       - Project Manager actually cares about her people. (This is why I give this role such a high rating ) - Competitive pay (yearly evaluations) - Flex Time

      - Government can terminate position at will (nature of the beast) - Project Manager still fought for her people when the government ended the role to save money. (She drug out talks so the other logistics coordinator and I got 3 more weeks of pay)
