Unreal flight schedules, 11–12 day stretches with insane hours, relying on sales while not being paid nearly enough, physically exhausting work, disorganized databases, dysfunctional equipment, reps with zero accountability, and management that does little to proactively help the sales team succeed — even though without the salespeople, there is no revenue.
