      Below is how I feel for the department I've worked in. Can't speak for other departments. - No opportunity for career growth. - No sign of care of employees. - Bad benefits. Pay is too low for what company expect us to do. - A lot of finger pointing when issues occur. - Work and projects doesn't relate nor transition well to industry software engineer expectations

      Toxic work place this comes from OWNERSHIP and MANAGERS and staff you can't trust anyone they like to tell on you. I hope a owner is reading this from infoimage .
