The company lacked sufficient operational capabilities and functioned mainly as part of an international team. Although its headquarters are in France, operations in India began only in 2021 under CEO Mundeep Nair. There was no proper local establishment in India. Despite claiming to work with large companies and projecting ambitions to compete with firms like Infosys and Mahindra, there was no functional sales team to acquire projects. Management appeared focused more on showcasing and image-building rather than execution. Employees were repeatedly assured that projects would arrive, but this never materialized. Most of the time, we remained idle without meaningful work. Eventually, we were suddenly called and asked to leave, without proper planning or accountability.
