Want to be on the same wage when you leave as when you join even though you meet every KPI they throw at you? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to be given an unrealistic caseload which can't possibly be achieved while benefitting any of the learners? Ingeus is the place for you. Want to come to work everyday and add nothing to society through a company who basically indirectly steals money off the tax payer while pretending to deliver training? Ingeus is the place for you.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
