I have worked for the Lifetime Training Group (of which Innovate Awarding is part of), for over 10 years. I can honestly say that working for Innovate Awarding is great. The people are the best thing about the organisation, with a real collaborative approach to how we work. The Annual employee satisfaction surveys for the team I am in are consistently over 95% for 'My Job', 'My Team', 'My Manager' and 'My Organisation'. Successes are often celebrated and the Senior Leadership team hold monthly Webinars available for all staff to attend, to give updates on performance, business overviews, and much more. The Group have recently introduced a new benefits package, applied a pay increase for all employees, and also introduced a new reward and recognition scheme.

Development opportunities can sometimes be limited, across the Group. However, this is something the People Team are prioritising this year, with a new L&D team in place.

Management are unprofessional and play favourites. I was made to feel uncomfortable by bullies who didn’t like the look of my face or that I was different.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time with us did not meet your expectations, and we take all feedback seriously. We’re proud of how well the temporary invigilation team has integrated into our wider office environment. Many colleagues have commented positively on the team’s contribution and engagement. Several agency employees have remained in post since April 2025, with some applying for and being successful in securing permanent roles within the organisation. No formal or informal grievances have been raised with Innovate Awarding’s leadership team or the agency regarding the concerns mentioned. We have robust policies and procedures in place to address any issues of bullying, discrimination, or misconduct, and we will never tolerate any form of racism or inappropriate behaviour. Our commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion is central to our values, and we’re proud to maintain an employee retention rate of over 92%. We’re always open to constructive feedback and encourage anyone with concerns to raise them through the appropriate channels so they can be properly addressed. We remain committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that there are aspects of the organisation which you are not happy with. It would be great to hear what benefits and development opportunities you would like to see offered through the Group. Over the last 18 months we have been rolling out a number of enhanced benefits and with our skills frameworks and career pathways there should be opportunities for you to develop and progress in your career.
