Even though they are a 26 year-old company, their SaaS technology was fairly decent.

The upper management at Insala is a nightmare. In my one year with this company, they went through 4 CEO's, and because the owner took earnings from Insala and used them for personal obligations, our company was hamstrung to do any type of growth functions .

The whole team is really involved. Consistent meetings and communication. Fun "happy hours" and games. Tons of development received. Extremely flexible if you have other commitments such as school or another job.

None to be honest. Wish I could work full time maybe would be one.

Autonomy to do what is needed Work from Home

Product is 26 years old and not updated Customer service is killing the reputation - not our fault...we don't have the staff to support everyone No marketing - people think we went out of business - or that we should No sales - Sales guy just left because we can't sell 26 year old technology...even with a GUI upgrade No money - struggling to make payroll each week is tiring to hear from CEO. Investors don't seem to want to back the company. Leadership - seems to be resigned to simply exit the business instead of reshape and build something great.
