Bossman (CEO) is very business oriented and focused on getting the company to solve real problems. Honestly he has balls. Not many people have that, and to say he’s not even 30. He always shares that he’s not here to be an activist and he openly tells that to everyone. He’s comfortable making people feel that the enterprise needs to be profit driven to achieve impact. His managers are quite young but all quite noteworthy in their own capacity. Company overall is quite resourceful and has what it takes to bring it to the next level.

Sometimes the CEO is not very sensitive to some people’s feelings as he is very pragmatic and practical. Can be quite harmful to culture especially if young people are joining for passion. If you want to maximise learning, he’s good for you cause it’s no nonsense. Bad is bad. A minority few people are also quite toxic and I can see that affects everyone including the CEO to do his job. Could see that CEO quite stuck especially when those toxic people are good at their job but can’t directly tell them.

Your role will change, and you will learn to do different jobs. - For a small and fast-paced start-up like IFT, outcomes matter greatly because every result is significant to the company; you will learn to be strategic and deviate from spending your time on unproductive/ futile efforts. - It's a pool of people with a growth mindset, so if you believe that talent can be developed through hard work, good strategies, and input from others + you are okay if insects... then this is a great place to work at
