I resigned because of lousy management, management lack of trainning and experience. I was criticized everyday because of my working experience, management don't know what is on job trainning, they force me to memorize their manual guide book and i was asked question about the book contents like a kid, i was told that my attendance won't be approved if i fail to answer correctly. I was given huge work load and at the same time i was not given the chance to complete the work but instead i was forced to read and memorize the manual guide book during working hours and i was forced to stay back to get 60 connected calls. I regret wasting my 2 weeks time with this poeople. I posted here because those who are reading this comment please don't join this company, you will regret. T
