The environment is the best. The people are friendly and you can always count on being helped when needed. The management works closely with the workers and they are very accessible. The company is very flexible in every way.

The company is growing at a fast pace and it is showing. The teams are beginning to get to distant to have visibility about what each other are doing and it is causing some disagreements. However, the management is well aware of it and trying to act on it. It is still to be seen if their actions will be effective or not. Also, the company does not have well-stablished roles and positions and this can also cause some problems. But again, the management is aware and seems to be working on it.

Smart people all over the place. I can say that I felt the dumbest person there and I felt good about it. Everyday you can learn new things working at Intelie. Suffers from some aspects of growing too fast, bringing new people not familiarized with design culture, but they adapt fast and become part of the team quickly (or don't adapt at all).
