This is such a small thing that speaks such volumes to the lack of trust amongst employees. Employees gruel over it each day. -“Sunday Emails” top it off. An email is sent out each Sunday by your manager with items that need to be improved and focused on. Sounds innocent but the tone, criticism and pressure creates the perfect amount of anxiety to ruin the rest of the weekend - The micromanagement is suffocating - Lying to employees and customers is second nature - The presidents ego is out of control - The President is notorious for sexually targeting young females within the company - Bullying is standard - No pay for overtime - Nepotism at its finest, everyone other person is a cousin or family member - 0 morals or values
