      - Cutting-edge technology -Intelligent, authentic people -No red tape - common sense approach to promotions, training opps -Great place to define and build something out -Office is really nice with a lot of free food! Gym and showers that are towel serviced so I can ride my bike. -Really secure bike storage -Mix of newness and long-standing employees -The HR department does a lot to make it nice -Reasonable management who don't expect you not to have a life outside of work
