Good experience - Recensione dipendente - Designer presso Interior Concepts

Fast paced business where no two days are the same. So many opportunities to see amazing designs and be a part of a very unique and exciting process. Great people around you to learn from. I've had opportunities at Interior Concepts to challenge myself professionally in areas I never thought I would have the chance to work in. It is such a dynamic and creative space where you can see, directly the contributions you have made.

Because everyone is so busy, and in and out with clients, it is sometimes a bit challenging to track down what/who you need.

The accounting department is really the only Pro

The way the management treats their employees says a lot about THEM. They are seriously disorganized & basically stuck in the past with their processes. HR is a joke, and will talk about anything you bring up to all other staff members, so be careful what you say. They say they want to help you & then turn around and start drama with the thing/person you're having an issue with. I am so glad I finally bit the bullet & left. I am now at a much better firm where they actually treat you like an adult. That's my 2 cents! Good luck to anyone who gets hired there, you will need it.
