Board consists of four people. Very non-involved. Poor management throughout the executive leadership. Extreme founder's syndrome; organization runs more like the founder's playground as opposed to a charity in the public's interest. No strategy, no accountability, poor treatment of employees, no HR, egocentric founder who sees value only in engineers and is quite condescending towards other staff. No room for growth or professional development. Inconsistent rewards for a job well done.
