Oldest tech and marketing methods (like manually taking excel sheet, copying data, uploading it one by one, creating complicated emails manually, etc.). No learnings whatsoever. Too much politics. They say no leave policy, but you're not allowed to take leave. So kinda true. Worst of all - no work life balance!!! They will mentally exhaust you, I've seen multiple people having work anxiety and depression due to this place. Trust me, you are much more worth than this.
