      The All-Star team makes working at ILG an all around great experience. The CEO is very accommodating to her employees, we have someone who brings in her son once a week and it is never an issue. I'm a Veteran and Diane was able to see my skills and find where I would be a perfect fit to add to the ILG Experiential Marketing Team.

      You have to have an entrepreneurial mindset to be successful on this team. I wouldn't call it a con, I find it to be a factor that makes the team as a whole stronger and continue to master the skills we have.

      One of the few "perks" of working at this company is the view from the Hancock Building. Also, the employees are so oblivious they won't notice if you take half days or simply don't show up.

      Diane Primo, the "CEO" of this doomed enterprise, claims to have gone to Harvard. Her "advice" on various projects' writing and design would be more nuanced coming from a second grader. How anything was ever accomplished at this company, I will never, ever know.
