Low pay in comparison to other work at home companies. Management is a joke and most shouldn't be people managers as they lack people and management skills. No background checks at hire but you're taking customer's credit card information. I would never use my credit card over they phone with these clowns. Mandatory to work several holidays and if this conflicts with your regular job where you make 5x the pay, they threaten termination or write up. Ask for days off and you're put on the schedule anyway. Order taking system is horrible and often goes down in the middle of calls. The so-called managers wont call customers back after they're told a manager will provide them status on a 2hr late order. At hire, they tell you not to worry about complaint calls because they have a team to do that.......that is a LIE! No scheduled breaks/lunches. OSHA says you get a break every 2 hours of work but they don't abide by that.
