I used to be a person who avoids my accountabilities so that I can't take on jobs well. This makes me so stressful in seeking suitable jobs. Then I found out that company, it has so many tough tasks and strict people so that I can't do anything but changing myself.

It was difficult time in the beginning cause I must to be highly concentrated. Whenever thinking about it, I feel so proud of myself.

I used to be confused whenever raising an opinion cause I didn't understand anything, frankly speaking. I wanna work at the company that has as little problems as possible. And it becomes true since I've worked here. People are so smart that the process is run smoothly. It seldom gets into trouble.

Actually Ipower Partner has some strict managers. In the training period time, I feel tired cause I'm so scared of them.
