My personal experience with my team has been positive and my manager has been great to work with. 9-5, with a business casual atmosphere located right above union station for commuter (HUGE benefit). There is a defined career path in a growing industry.

The offices are deadly quiet at times and are quite austere. Frankly, the atmosphere is impersonal. The entry level jobs are cookie cutter jobs in that you are using templates made from previous employees and are merely there to input data and change things around to meet deliverables. There is a lot of red tape in between business units and members on your own team are often in completely different cities. Entry level employees are under-compensated for industry norms.
