Vantaggi
Some colleagues are fun and I made some great friends. Office building is nice.
Svantaggi
My experience at Ipsos has been nothing short of disappointing. From the first day it became painfully clear that this isn't a place for those seeking a supportive, inclusive work environment. It's like stepping into a high school cafeteria, with certain employees forming exclusive groups that dictate the entire office vibe. If you're not part of these cliques, good luck getting your voice heard or feeling like you belong. It's a toxic dynamic that hinders collaboration and stifles creativity. Upper management is completely disconnected from the reality of what's happening on the ground. Constructive feedback is brushed aside, and attempts to address concerns are met with dismissive attitudes. It's demoralizing, to say the least. What's even more frustrating is the blatant attempt to cover up the company's flaws. Every time a negative review surfaces on Glassdoor, it's quickly followed by a slew of suspiciously glowing ones, undoubtedly written by the HR department in an attempt to save face. It's insulting to the intelligence of employees and insulting to those considering joining the team. Unless you enjoy navigating through office politics and dealing with out-of-touch management, I'd advise looking elsewhere for employment. Save yourself the headache and find a company that truly values its employees and fosters a culture of respect and collaboration.
