When raises do occur, they feel more like token gestures than real recognition. Some onshore leaders engage in micromanagement that negatively impacts productivity and mental health. It's especially concerning when individuals in key roles, such as architects, lack the expertise expected of them—often deferring client questions to developers instead of providing solutions themselves. Recently, a wave of layoffs was poorly handled, and the remaining team was met with insincere attempts at morale boosting that felt more like damage control than genuine appreciation.

I’ve had a great experience working at this company. The work environment is positive, and the company culture truly lives up to its values. Management is supportive, and teamwork is highly encouraged, making it a great place for professional growth.
