In my experience of working for Autovista for the past 2 years, I have seen a lot of positive change. I feel the change initiatives have all been managed very well and I think the benefits to the company are evident, including a noticeable transformation of its culture. * The recent restructuring has inevitably been difficult for everyone involved but it has thankfully been on a relatively small scale and I think it has been managed as well as possible under the circumstances. * Working flexibly is great, but makes it harder to bond with colleagues when you don't see them all the time. But I just have to be more proactive about catching up with them when I am in the office and I have a lot of Skype contact with everyone too.
