      Budget allowance provided for resident events was nice, not always provided to spend or to use all of it. The amount budgeted was nice anyways.

      Review quarterly but raises only given once per year & typically just at mandatory increase of 2.20% (next to nothing) but expect you to work the roles of many titles & pay you for one. Not evolving quick enough with their downtown communities or care to implement change requests from employees in a timely manner without jumping through hoops of fire to get heard.

I agree with you in that listening to our associates and then communicating a response to the concern is critical. Can we improve in this area? Absolutely, and we will!       Celebrating success both at region and company wide levels made a positive and encouraging impact.

      The “JVM Fundamentals” began to be a thing of the past. BIG loss at being relentless about continuous improvement. JVM used to be a great place to work. Sadly restructuring and fast paced Implementation of new products and procedures wasn’t executed with low impact/stress to both associates and residents.
