Toxic work environment. Leaders keep changing their mind. Either team leader dont know what theyre doing or management dont know what theyre doing. EVERYTHING IS PRIORITY WHAT A JOKE. Then when they change their mind later, staff get penalized for following through? Why you blame the staff? We just do what you tell us? NO WONDER PEOPLE LEAVE BECAUSE YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU WANT HR is the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. They dont care about the staff, just trying to make themself look good. Basic things cannot respond, things which no one cares about they keep pushing. WHAT A JOKE. HR team turnover is a JOKE. Keep changing assigned HR EVERY FEW MONTHS? One week talk to one HR person, next week the HR quit, then nobody to help? Don't believe ALL THE LIES
