Engendered culture of bureaucratic non-value added processes, final result of which requires constant fixing. Culture of taking 33 steps where only 3 is required with almost fanatical insistence on following broken processes that at the end result in uniformal poor quality. Company is overstaffed 40-50% due to all absurd processes requiring more and more man hours with nothing to show for it at the end but wasted funds. Xenophobic culture towards foreign employees.
