Lack of opportunity and Career Growth There is no transparency in system Favoritism Company Culture ( Politics) Unfair Pay ( Perks and Benefits) Zero HR policies no learning, no mentorship poor appraisals delayed Appraisals and incentives are never paid properly, no matter the rigor you put in. no career progression There is no proper promotional policy and no respect for qualified & talented employees. HR didn't know what was going on in the organization.
