There is a lack of cohesiveness, and management along with leadership makes extremely poor decisions without seeking input from employees regarding what could be effective. The morale is dreadful, team spirit is absent, and there are no benefits such as Christmas or Holiday bonuses, parties, gifts, or any form of recognition apart from an insincere email of gratitude. Previously, there was a sense of family and unity accompanied by incentives. However, all of that has disappeared. Employees are departing in large numbers.
