Great place to learn with an experienced team. Mostly great people to work with. You can feel and see the value of your work. High-end projects and high-end clients. Good pay. Drafting and production departments were well focused. They have plans to grow as a company and have succeeded in growing quite a lot already. Great place for self-directed people who are comfortable getting into the intricate details of multiple projects simultaneously.

Straightforward companywide communication was unclear to nonexistent for lower level employees, primarily because they don't have time for meetings. There is no HR or IT department. They do well on their own in terms of IT though. Goals, feedback and expectations were also relatively nonexistent. One employee had a tendency to point a lot of fingers instead of sticking to a team approach and, unfortunately, that person's opinions were frequently held as facts with consequences for the rest of the team. You can overhear everything in the office and often some meetings seem to waste quite a lot of time (office setup will be changing soon). Management feels a little out of touch but also chain of command has been unclear (this is changing). Project managers are completely overwhelmed and other team members often have to fill in but it isn't clear where the line of responsibility is and it varies with each project manager.
