Beautiful office, Ubers to and from work, building has nice amenities.

Cannot be a minute late or it's an issue. CEO waits at the door to see who is walking in late. Shorter day but no official lunch break, therefore no time to eat just required to work. Can't have a bathroom break too long. On the one WFH day you have to be at your computer the whole time. God forbid you miss an email they will think you are not working because you didn't reply back in 5 minutes. No real compassion for life outside of work.

salaries are high compared to lateral roles elsewhere

* toxic culture is an understatement; the executive leadership team​ ​​is extremely unprofessional * the mission is respectable, but unfortunately, those in charge are not * being berated for simple mistakes, misunderstandings, or differences of opinions is an unfortunate staple, and leadership likes to instill a sense of fear, division, and distrust amongst the staff, so employees feel defeated, alone, and powerless to defend themselves or their teammates * major paranoia about people "out to get them" or "take what's theirs" which is only a sign of deflection as they try to manipulate those around them * so much turnover for such a small company (~8 people) and always in the same roles - recruiters are well aware of their awful reputation, and many refuse to work with them * there is no room for growth * until recently, the staff was only made up of young white women
