It was a great company until the top management changed. The paucity of senior management is something of disconcerting, especially in EMEA. It is run in a dictatorial way by 2-3 people and if you are not in their favor, you are banned and not taken into consideration. HR wants to have total control of all employees and those who manage it believe they are omnipotent. No sense promotions (only for some prodigal son) It is now full of arrogant and know-it-all people and slowly the company is sinking.
