Regarding PTO, combined with an alternative schedule for many employees our policy is structured to provide a strong work-life balance. Employees accrue 18 days per year, and after just four years of service, this increases to 26 days per year—which is more generous than many industry standards. While we currently provide a company-paid HDHP along with significant money towards your personal HSA account, we understand that benefit needs vary and continuously evaluate ways to support our employees.
