      Great supportive and encouraging managers (especially the pm shift!) I learned a lot while working here. able to choose either am shift or pm shift. Fun atmosphere.

      6 day a week schedule. There are 1 or 2 long time employees that made things difficult to succeed and monopolized the new leads and because of this they were basically the only ones who ever won spiffs

      60+ hours a week, 3500 miles a month, job breakdowns are always in favor of the company not you. Micro managed. They keep you filled with guilt and promise you the best pay but you won't see above 5%. Will tell you the customer tried to cancel so they had to give them a discount that comes out of your pocket. No gas reimbursement if the lead is 125 miles or less. And no paid hotels for overnight or week long trips to poe dunk towns. Your training pay is a 3 week draw that you have to pay back. Your best bet is to just don't. Your better off at McDonald's
