60+ hours a week, 3500 miles a month, job breakdowns are always in favor of the company not you. Micro managed. They keep you filled with guilt and promise you the best pay but you won't see above 5%. Will tell you the customer tried to cancel so they had to give them a discount that comes out of your pocket. No gas reimbursement if the lead is 125 miles or less. And no paid hotels for overnight or week long trips to poe dunk towns. Your training pay is a 3 week draw that you have to pay back. Your best bet is to just don't. Your better off at McDonald's

A couple of innovative products to sell, as a former general contractor, I could get behind a few of the products offered.

Lied to during the interview. Told we would get 2 - 3 qualified leads per day Mon - Sat. (Got 3 - 5 per week, many of whom were NOT qualified to buy a loofah without a co-signer.) Told that most of the leads were local area. (Most were 2 - 3 hours away. We pay our own fuel costs) Shady sales tactics, made me feel like a grease ball used car salesman. Sales manager would cherry pick the jobs before assigning them to the team. Very limited support for sales consultants who struggle with the tactics.
