Under the very creative and committed founders, marketing got lost. The company needed a full-time marketing/communication person.

Before the company was sold: this was a company in a growing industry- the sky was the limit! Uncapped commissions and experienced people to help as well.

Now, it is a different company. The new ownership have zero experience in this business (or any other business, from what we could tell). The changes that were made will end up killing the business.
