This company only cares about how they look to other places, not how they treat their employees. A bunch of micromanaging higher ups that don't belong there, overworked field crew that deserves better, and supervisors that don't realize that laying people off won't magically make the rest of their employees work harder. Seriously, unless you love hearing about how this company is women-owned (but men operated), random mandatory employee "appreciation" days, dangerously old equipment, and cheap nasty pizza don't risk your life for these people. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon.
