Departments operate very separately from each other, causing process breakdowns and headaches. Very top down atmosphere, stamping out creativity and autonomy. Inexperienced supervisors, MGMT that seem mostly interested in control rather than improvement. NO work flexibility, NO exceptions Not the kind of workplace that most people would be happy with in 2025 and their constant turnover confirms this.
