Wonderful Company - Recensione dipendente - Reset Merchandiser presso Kalan

I really liked merchandising for kalan. I have done merchandising for other companies and these products are fun and different. The rack is easy to make look really great so it was satisfying to complete the jobs.

Sometimes the communication was overwhelming. And the portal would be down when I needed to submit my surveys.

I came to Kalan recently. My previous company was very toxic and hard to work with other people. I was blamed for a lot and given no support. Kalan is very team-oriented and people talk and help each other non-stop. We meet and get things done. I have learned so much in the past few months and my manager is extremely knowledgeable. There are a lot of products and the business moves fast, so it's a lot to learn, but the challenge has been fun.

I have already seen so many processes develop over the past few months I've been here. I'm excited to continue on that and see more and more improvement. The company has been around for a long time but in a way is just starting to develop the right processes for this business.
