Decent office Reasonable Salary Potentially interesting work For all the effort to be a great, employee friendly company - keep in mind that this is first and foremost a marketing company. The image of employee friendliness is really just marketing.

Ungodly turnover Little emphasis on best practices Incredible micromanagement This is not a technology company. It is a sales and marketing company. This company makes awful software and relies on sales and marketing to make financial institutions happy with the crap they actually paid for. For all the lip service given to being an employee friendly place and the so called "patch values", it is run by a bunch of marketing bros who really have no idea what they are doing in tech. As such, they get anxious and micro manage everything. An emphasis is placed on being fast and showing "business value" but all that gets built are facades that look like they work, but are built on worst practices and lots of manual intervention. The turnover is absolutely unbelievable and there is little chance for advancement as the upper positions are all filled by a tight knit group of bros who have been friends with the CEO since high school.
